Prostitution Case Study: Jeers

Using The Sociopathic Business Model™, let’s break down this mini case study, where the goal is to conceal facts that harm a company’s image and the tactics used to protect that image.

Checklist-of-Characteristic-of-The-Sociopathic-Business-Model (1)

  • Rarely challenged the top post (Quote) clearly challenges management’s ability and is able to support the claim with facts.  The exposure of such facts promoted a response in line with The Sociopathic Business Model ™:
  1. Manipulative, does not recognize the rights of others
  2. Verbal outburst
  3. Pathological lying
  4. Lack of accountability
  5. Shallow Emotions
  6. Lack of remorse, shame or guilt
  7. Poor behavior control
  8. Creates hopelessness in the victim
  9. Demeaning and insulting
  10. Bullies
  11. Unethical behavior

As postings are anonymous, so it’s not known who made the original quote or if the person responding was a current or past employee; but if we use fact based evidence over time the response is from someone who is concerned  that exposure of facts will hurt the image of the Company.

And since I was very cleverly referred to (albeit tough to determine correctly or not) in the post I’d like to take the opportunity to properly respond:

I am Ukrainian, Czechoslovakian and Italian.

I have an entire heart

I did feel prostituted and the industry was my pimp

I never tried to sleep my way to a ‘pass’

I heard, “Off with her head,”  my ass is just fine, thanks!

I would not normally respond to something clearly designed to demean but for the purpose of a case study I did and because I’m not afraid of the facts.

And in related news:  The Washington Post:  We now know more about the economics of prostitution than ever
