Why Would Former IRS Official Lois Lerner Not Be Transparent?

Why Would Former IRS Official Lois Lerner Not Be Transparent?

Lamb

If you’re asked a question and you know the answer why wouldn’t you answer it?  Maybe because it incriminates you or maybe you don’t feel safe, or maybe both.   Former IRS Official Lois Lerner was held in contempt of Congress for refusing to talk to lawmakers about her role in the agency’s pattern of targeting conservative groups.  This feels very similar to the recent New Jersey Christie story where top aids were doing what was asked and became the sacrifical lambs once the truth was exposed. Republicans feared exposure of the truth would damage their image and hurt them in the upcoming elections.

Remember under The Sociopathic Business Model ™ an organization runs like a corrupt monarchy where they operate as king and employees are their loyal subjects who do as they are told even if illegal, especially if illegal or they risk hearing off with their heads.

But in the Lerner instanceThe Republicans want truth and the Democrats fear the exposure of the truth could hurt their image (and in turn elections).  As tough as it is do not look it as a political statement look at it using characteristics of The Sociopathic Business Model ™.  There are good and bad within each party.  We just need to keep applying this model to all people until we are only left with the good and ethical regardless of what side of the aisle.

The SBM with Logo final

Democrats argued that Lerner was just a mid-level IRS bureaucrat who would have testified before Congress if House Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., had given her lawyer more time to prepare. Democrats believe Issa bungled the contempt process by speaking about it on television news programs and by failing to properly inform Lerner of the pending contempt charges. Democrats have gathered the opinion of dozens of legal experts who agree with their view.

Looks like ego got in the way but Democrats confirmed Ms. Lerner was carrying out orders as they referred to her as ‘mid-level IRS bureaucrat.’  Deflection, Inconsistent and contradictory language are all symptoms of the bigger problem.

-There is lack of accountablility

-We can’t speak for Ms. Lerner but it could stand to reason that she’s feeling hopeless (as she’s a pawn in a much larger game)

-She could be motivated through fear since there really is no benefit to her silence

-Using was just a mid-level IRS bureaucrat is demeaning and insulting

-It’s been confirmed there was unethical behavior

Remember under The Sociopathic Business Model ™ an organization runs like a corrupt monarchy where they operate as king and employees are their loyal subjects who do as they are told even if illegal, especially if illegal or they risk hearing off with their heads.

And on the heels of this story another lamb for the slaughter just stepped into the spotlight with Kathleen Sebelius resigning.
