How lovely Johnson & Johnson is encouraging, replicating and rewarding the same unethical and illegal behavior the DOJ has fined them billions of dollars for at the expense of patients, consumers, employees and taxpayers alike. I’d say that’s rather insulting & demeaning to Johnson & Johnson patient, consumer & employees turned victims. Let’s hope the DOJ/OIG just keeps passing out Corporate Integrity Agreements so Johnson & Johnson can keep celebrating at the James E. Burke awards at our expense. Below is just one DOJ fine for each category of innovative marketing or is it just innovative marketing masking fraud?
