Johnson & Johnson Credo Crisis Team sent to DePuy Synthes Momument Plant?

Johnson & Johnson administers annual surveys to their employee and according to two posts on anonymous medical device industry boards, Medtech[y] and Cafepharma the Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes Monument plant in Colorado is experiencing workplace abuse:
This years scores are in the 30% to 40% rankings well below the average of 70% for JnJ generally.
A Credo Crisis team responded and the results are not good.
Even under a CIA (Corporate Integrity Agreement) there are now coming out allegations of a person being threatened for calling the Credo Hotline and many hotline complaints have gone unanswered.
Targeting of employees has been alleged and the overall morale of the plant is to the point where in one of the most conservative counties in Colorado Talk of UNIONISING has been mentioned amongst many of the blue collar work force.
The Credo Crisis Team has been there since November 1st 2015 and just finished up interviewing the management.
They team interviewed the general employee population first and the results found a consensus among the employees of rampant favoritism, targeting of employees for speaking out about issues, poor pay and working conditions at the plant, and a general atmosphere at the plant of fear and intimidation.
The Credo Crisis team did do one good thing so far. The blue collar workforce is now talking amongst each other and organising.
If what anonymous employees, fearful for their jobs, are saying is to be trusted (and as someone who experienced very similar treatment from Johnson & Johnson) then what they’re describing is textbook from The Sociopathic Business Model™. Speaking from my own experience, when I opened an investigation into similar allegations mentioned above, Johnson & Johnson’s internal legal department, who found merit to my claims, verbally reprimanded me for bringing forth witnesses to the workplace abuse I’d experienced, and then wrongfully terminated me at the conclusion of the investigation.
I write this to not add fear to an already fearful situation but as a reminder, to think of HR as your spouse’s divorce attorney, they are there to protect the company and not you. Unethical & illegal behavior is entrenched in the business model at Johnson & Johnson, where it’s encouraged, replicated and rewarded, just look to Johnson & Johnson CEO Alex Gorsky requesting NEA Venture Partner’s Art of Innovation presentation, which encourages fraud from patent infringement to fraudulently obtaining a 510 (k) as the benchmark of success now replicated throughout Johnson & Johnson Worldwide. Employees are the first line of exposing the negative truth the company would rather remain hidden; and, that exposure is what’s needed to create positive change in the industry from sales to manufacturing.
