Endo International will Pay $830 Million in Mesh Cases NO ADMISSION OF LIABILITY?

Unfortunately with the absence of true informed consent most individuals do not have any idea of the seriousness of complications until after mesh is placed in their body. This does not mean it reacts badly in everyone, but in a higher percentage of individuals to make the continued use unwise until many important questions are asked.

Drug and medical device maker Endo International says it will pay $830 million to resolve roughly 20,000 personal lawsuits from patients who say they were injured by the company’s vaginal mesh implants.
The Irish company said in a statement Wednesday that the settlement is subject to a number of conditions and is not an admission of liability.
It is not until companies around the world are held accountable and must admit to liability will real justice and recalls happen.
