And now we have the players for the case study over the next few months. Tomorrow, the timeline as it relates the ‘Trifecta of Terrific,’ and the qui tam (whistleblower) lawsuit over Risperdal, which started in April 2004 and was finalized in 2012, with Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen Pharmaceutical paying the Department of Justice $2.2 billion.
