“Just because it’s hard doesn’t mean it’s not worth doing” — Alex Gorsky, CEO of JNJ

Johnson & Johnson Chairman & CEO Alex Gorsky on CNBC

Today in San Francisco concludes the J.P. Morgan 33rd Annual Healthcare Conference. (#JPM15 on Twitter to follow updates) One of the highlights of the week: Google is in talks with  Department of Defense (DOD) to build their new EHR systems (electronic medical records systems) for all the VA’s throughout the country.  The cost of this contract to taxpayers?  Upwards of $11.3 Billion over 10 years. And let’s keep in mind how much the ACA build out went over budget.  ($540 million but who’s counting?) Put a pin on why this is a highlight for just a second*.

And one of the lowlights/low-life’s of the week:

CNBC Fast Money there are 36,000 Johnson & Johnson patients turned victims who await trails in federal court in 2015.   Does CNBC Fast Money think any of the victims or their families and loved ones care what unconvicted felon Former President of Janssen Pharma (fined $2.2 Billion for illegal kick-backs & off label promotion of Risperdal) promoted to Johnson & Johnson Chairman & CEO (fined $2.5 Billion for ASR DePuy Synthes hips) Alex Gorsky has to say on anything much less the economy?

CNBC Fast Money should be researching how much Johnson & Johnson has cost every single tax paying citizen by increasing the costs of private health insurance and government funded insurance (ACA) with their pathological unethical and illegal activity.

CNBC Fast Money and reporter Meg Tirrell should be asking the DOJ  when will Alex Gorsky become Johnson & Johnson’s Former Chairman & CEO  and convicted felon?

@megtirrell please tell #JNJ to #CleanUpTheirMesh (mesh victims email, tweet and Facebook post your stories to media with the #’s to bring attention to your cause).

Thanks to Lana Keeton of The Truth in Medicine for sending along this tip today: JNJ claims Women are asked to lie to join Pelvic Mesh Trial.  (And Caroline Simson of Law 360 I fixed your headline for you.) Yes because women are just dying to get involved in a mesh trial-oh wait they are: Joan Budke died to get a trial date.

Chief Communications At JNJ

Maggie Fitzpatrick is Chief Communications Officer & Vice President, Global Communications & Public Affairs at Johnson & Johnson, the world’s largest and most broadly-based health care company.  It’s always nice to see women supporting the killing and injuring of other women.  Perhaps Ms. Fitzpatrick along with JNJ spokesperson Sherri Woodruff would like to be implanted with their own product?

Johnson & Johnson spokeswoman Sheri Woodruff the company continues to sell mesh gold standard

Attorneys of the injured Johnson & Johnson Ethicon Gynecare mesh and DePuy Synthes hips with federal cases be sure and remind Johnson & Johnson Chairman & CEO Alex Gorsky of his words in every trial.

“Just because it’s hard doesn’t mean it’s not worth doing” — Alex Gorsky, CEO of JNJ

Mr. Gorsky just because it’s hard for a company to admit wrong doing and it’s much easier to demean and insult victims you may want to keep in mind that the DOJ is cozying up to a new cash cow: Google*. Remember all accomplices become victims.  Don’t worry though Bernie Madoff still has a cell next to him he’s been warming up for you Mr. Gorsky.

  • If tongue lashings could kill, Gorsky would be taking his last breath.
