Tony Robbins blaming victims in the #MeToo movement shouldn’t come as a surprise to frequent readers of this site. Remember he knowingly & willingly sat as Senior Council at The Center For Integral Wisdom run by known child rapist, Marc Gafni.

I reached out to Whole Foods and have yet to hear back and if only they’d done as much research before investing in Success 3.0 Summit.
Above is who looked at my LinkedIn Profile showing an unknown Public Relations Specialist at Whole Foods Market did on 11.12.2014 and below indicates that two different IPs from Whole Foods Market Services Inc. read the story and are aware of the Boycott Whole Foods Campaign on Buycott.

I haven’t had a vegetable since the 70’s (unless deep-fried) so I’m not the best person to write a story on Whole Foods from a nutritional standpoint, fortunately this piece is from an ethical standpoint and should be hard for all of us to digest.
Whole Foods along with Origin Magazine, GaiamTV, Mantra Health & Yoga were Premium Sponsors to Success 3.0 Summit held October 30-November 2, 2014 at the St. Julian Hotel in Boulder Colorado. If you’re a regular reader of this site then you already know my thoughts on “Summits” as whole are not favorable. From Startup the Egos:
- Desperately try to create or attend ‘summit’ (talk/forum/costume themed tree killing weddingof sorts to preen like a peacock annually to act superior to ‘peers.’ Who are we kidding? Egos this big don’t think they have peers. Above all else will try and control their environment and when they can’t watch for verbal outbursts.
- Inflated sense of self-created a ‘thought leader,’ persona that travels the world teaching tips and tricks of ‘success’ but secretly worried about potential exposure or backlash over ‘questionable’ ability to actually run a sustainable company. Will try and influence politics.
There are successful startups that probably don’t have fraud attached to them (not sure I’ve found one yet) but there’s another group that follow financially successful startups and it’s a subset of grifters, cons or for lack of a better description unethical parasites who engage in illegal activity to propel their frauds and are nothing more than barnacles on the bottom of a successful startup ship.
Success 3.0 Summit’s Leadership (that term is used very loosely in this case) includes the organization’s Co-Director and also Pres. Senior Scholar Center for Integral Wisdom (CIW), a man by the name of Marc Gafni. A quick Google search of Marc Gafni will turn up a host of other names he’s previously used.
Gafni was born Marc Winiarz
Rabbi Marc Gafni
Mark Gafni
Mordechai Winiarz
Mordechai Winyarz
Mordechai Gafni
And most Recently Dr. Marc Gafni
Name change is often used from those employing tactics from The Sociopathic Business Model™ as a means to distance from unethical and or illegal behavior.
Center for Integral Wisdom (CIW) according to their site was in 2011, co-founded in San Francisco by Dr. Marc Gafni and Dr. Mariana Caplan but the Center is headquartered in Europe.
John Mackey is also the Co-Ceo of Whole Foods Market and the primary sponsor of Success 3.0 Summit.
That’s inconsistent & contradictory language to action as there’s no mention to why the company would now be headquartered in Europe any more than the site mentions how Rabbi Marc Gafni is now Dr. Marc Gafni. John Gray, Ph.D is known for his book and website Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus
Wow the author of ten books and no mention as to when or how or in what Marc Gafni received his doctorate? Lots of made up words that don’t mean anything and are designed to distract from lack of true ability. Again, that’s inconsistent & contradictory language to action. There appear to be a few other important unethical and illegal things missing from Mr. Gafni’s bio:
Rabbi Fired Over Sex Claims, Defenders Offer Mea Culpa
At least five female students and staff members have come forward to accuse Rabbi Mordechai Gafni of luring them into sexual relationships through intimidation, psychological manipulation and deception. Late last week, Gafni, an Orthodox-trained rabbi who has become a star of the New Age-style Jewish Renewal movement, was dismissed from his position as the head of Bayit Chadash, a center on the Sea of Galilee that he co-founded six years ago. (May 19, 2006)
But Gafni admitted to having had a sexual relationship with another girl, when she was 13 and 14 and he was 19 and 20, studying to become a rabbi.
“I was a stupid kid and we were in love,” Gafni was quoted as saying in The Jewish Week. “She was 14 going on 35, and I never forced her.”
The woman told Rosenblatt that Gafni had “repeatedly sexually assaulted her” when he stayed at her house for the Sabbath. The rabbi also told her that she would be “shamed in the community” if she told anyone.
Born Marc Winiarz then Rabbi Mordechai Gafni of the Jewish Renewal movement to Dr. Marc Gafni Center for Integral Wisdom both of which he co-founded. This doesn’t make him a visionary thinker it makes him a visionary predator who is now supported by some big money from Whole Foods as the featured Premium Sponsor of Success 3.0 Summit.
Gafni subsequently issued a public apology for having “hurt people I love,” and said that he would seek in-patient treatment for what he called “a sickness.”
A number of prominent American rabbis who publicly backed Gafni when allegations surfaced in the fall of 2004 have said that they now regret their previous support. Among those voicing regret are Rabbi Saul Berman, the leader of the liberal Orthodox organization Edah; Rabbi Joseph Telushkin, an Orthodox author best known for his accessible books on Judaism; Rabbi Arthur Green, dean of the rabbinical school of Hebrew College in Newton, Mass., and former president of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College; Rabbi Tirzah Firestone, leader of Congregation Nevei Kodesh, a Jewish Renewal community in Boulder, Colo., and Rabbi Arthur Waskow, director of the Shalom Center in Philadelphia and a leader of the Jewish Renewal movement.
That’s weird, the Success 3.0 Summit run by CIW was also held in Boulder, CO even though Center for Integral Wisdom (CIW) is headquartered in Europe.
Gafni, who is in his mid-40s and been married three times, was born Marc Winiarz and moved from the Midwest to New York for high school and college. He was originally ordained as an Orthodox rabbi and moved to Israel more than a decade ago, after leaving posts in New York and in Boca Raton, Fla., amid rumors of sexual misconduct. He assumed an Israeli name and transitioned into the world of Jewish Renewal.
Whole Foods financial support of Gafni and his organizations Success 3.0 Summit funneled through the European headquartered Center for Integral Wisdom (CIW) is accepting his past behavior as a pathological manipulator and rapist to young women. Do not allow Whole Foods to reward unethical and illegal behavior with our money and support. It’s time consumers vote with their wallets through forced accountability: Boycott of Whole Foods until they cut all financial ties with Marc Gafni (under any name an or organization) and immediately donate at least $1 million to a Jewish Crisis center for abused women. Boycott Whole Food and do not support a company that supports child rapists.
