Beau Biden (son of Joe) supports Assault on Children?
Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden (son of Vice President Joe Biden) has come out defending the indefensible, Judge Jan Jurden’s decision to allow the DuPont heir, Robert H. Richards IV, who raped his three year old daughter off with probation because:
“Richards “will not fare well” in prison.”
Biden writes in his defense (as if there is any):
‘In recognition of the weakness of the case, the assigned prosecutor offered a plea and sentence recommendation that guaranteed the defendant would be required to register as a sex offender, participate in court-ordered sex offender rehabilitation therapy and to have no contact with the victim and any other child under the age of 16. A loss at trial would have rendered any of these restrictions impossible.’
And yet:
Richards, who is 6’4 and about 250 pounds, told the girl ‘to keep what he had done to her a secret,’ but in October 2007 she told her grandmother, who informed Tracy Richards (the mother of the child), the lawsuit said. ‘Making matters worse this self-admitted rapist and child abuser has not paid a single penny to these children for his crimes. said Attorney Thomas Crumplar, who is representing Tracy Richards. When has evidence and admission of guilt equaled a weak case? Ever?
Let’s look at this from The Sociopathic Business Model™ perspective:
When did prosecuting attorney’s lose their purpose? The prosecutor was to protect that child and other children by putting Robert H. Richards IV away in prison. Judge Jurden should never have accepted the plea deal and Beau Biden (his term expires in 2015 and this should help him retire from public office, permanently) grandstanding to support such an injustice is…well…criminal.
Richard’s, the prosecutor, Judge Jurden and Beau Biden:
- Did not recognize the rights of others and manipulated the system for their benefit and not the victim’s.
- View people as victims and accomplices all accomplices will eventually be victims.
- Lack of accountability.
- The outcome is demeaning and insulting to the victim and her family.
- Rarely challenged.
- Unethical behavior.
It certainly raises questions about where loyalty lies: either protecting the system or working the system?
Beau Biden’s term is up in 2015, will he be moving on or perhaps campaigning for other positions? I cetainly hope Delaware doesn’t forget this or the rest of America if he decides to try and follow in his father’s footsteps.
Joe Biden has yet to confirm or deny his running for President in 2016.
