Are the Mesa Police Employing Characteristics of The Sociopathic Business Model™?
Mesa Police Chief Fran Milstead encourages his officer’s to purge prior disciplinary records (in essence) because a reporter is looking into the facts about previous misconduct. As we’ve learned the enemy to The Sociopathic Business Model™ is the truth. And fact based evidence over time is the best indicator of the future. Meaning if these people mess up once, they’re likely to do so again. Action against offending officers was taken only after the negative behavior was exposed, but was known throughout the department prior. If an organization is allowing any type of illegal or unethical activity they are likely to engage is far greater illegal or unethical behavior.
As citizens and taxpayers we have a right to demand that this information remain on their records for the duration of their careers. Again, any information is good information it is how we choose to apply it that matters. The more we recognize the characteristics the faster we can work towards eliminating this unethical or illegal behavior that is being encouraged, replicated and rewarded across many industries.
