The second part of that is great news, it’s still sad not enough women are in these positions despite evidence supporting what makes a team smarter is more women* (HBR 2011) Women are more socially aware and make great leaders as a result.
My other concern on executive resumes, after they’ve worked in their field for a while**, involves the possible altering of their credentials on their resume to delete negatives off of SEO and as consumers we need watch for that type of behavior. It will be interesting to start tracking that data as well.
