Bayer’s Essure Victims and Johnson & Johnson’s Gynecare Victims: Here’s the Buzz That You Won’t Like About Nuelle’s™ Sex Toy in the Oscar’s Bag
UPDATED: #Forced Accountability
Did #EssureProblems #EssureUncensored & Johnson & Johnson Mesh victims just force linked to fraud NEA Venture Partner Josh Makower CEO of #Oscars2016 sex toy Nuelle to step down as the company’s CEO amid controversy? It sure is nice to see that Josh Makower is defending his right to make money off of profiting from injuring women while trying to profit a second time from those same women. #TheSociopathicBusinessModel

Falsely creating controversy (#RacismForRatings) by planting a story with the goal of getting a story to fraudulently, by manipulating a minority group, to go viral, is often a tactic unethical companies use to distract from bigger issues, say like being linked to funding medical device fraud that’s harmed tens of thousands of women:
Academy’s Commotion Over Oscar’s Swag: Fiera Speaks Out picked up by Afrossip which is ironic since Makower founder of Nuelle and Long now CEO of Nuelle have a diversity issue with their company not unlike with they were previously linked to Acclarent which also had a diversity problem. Pandering is never an ethical or good look; and, hoping a larger news outlet picks it up and runs with it, is just sad. Let’s watch and see if Buzzfeed or one of the other sites famous for making abusive people go viral picks up Nuelle’s new CEO Karen Long’s battle cry for women. Just remember Karen worked for NEA funded Acclarent, linked to fraud and NEA funded Nuelle. Plenty of toys on the market that don’t require consumer dollars linked to tools of fraud.
Unethical companies will often misappropriate or exploit a cause for personal gain. Very insensitive for NEA funded startup Nuelle to link their sex toy, Fiera For Her, to celebrity Demi Lovato supporting Kesha over her alleged workplace sexual abuse. #TheSociopathicBusinessModel

Do not reward the continued funding of the Medical Device #WarOnWomen
The Bay Area startup, Nuelle™ Fiera® Arouser for Her™, founded by Josh Makower, is receiving a lot of Oscar buzz as part of this year’s reported $220,000 swag bags given to nominated celebrities; but, this buzz is for all the wrong reasons. The company boasts:
Nuelle™ is a sexual wellness and intimate care company focused on women’s sexual health and delivering groundbreaking solutions made specifically for women.
Nuelle marries its experience in healthcare solutions, consumer products, and technology with a deep understanding of women’s unfulfilled needs. From inception, Nuelle has taken a holistic view of these needs and desires. We worked closely with thought leaders and experts in women’s sexual wellness and medicine including physicians, sex therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists. Together we developed insights that allow Nuelle to translate its scientific approach to understanding.
That’s certainly inconsistent & contradictory to Makower’s history with New Enterprise Associates (NEA) Venture Partner, a company which funded then startup Gynecare’s (now Johnson & Johnson Ethicon) medical device fraud, where, currently, 26,000 women in federal court are suing because the transvaginal mesh in their bodies is causing pain, perforating into the vaginal wall, other organs, causing the inability to walk, urinate, have sex and in some cases caused death. It doesn’t stop there, NEA, where Makower has been a Venture Partner since 1995, also funded then startup Conceptus (now Bayer’s Essure) a permanent birth control device that currently has women fighting the FDA and asking congress to remove the damaging medical device from the market under the H.R.3920 – E-Free Act.
Many of the women injured by the transvaginal mesh and permanent birth control funded by NEA, where Makower is a venture partner, lost sexual dysfunction, so you can see now how Makower’s new company he founded, Nuelle™, inconsistently & contradictorily is pandering to the idea women’s sexual health; and, why it’s insulting and demeaning to tens of thousands of women injured by the medical devices he funded.
And these 103 reviews where Nuelle tries to position a $250 vibrator as a medical device with Medical Community Reviews? Insulting and demeaning to anyone with a pulse. Although we do know from previous experience Makower’s Team sure is creative when it comes to medical reimbursement.
You won’t find this or any information on Nuelle’s freshly scrubbed website because the Leadership Team page, showing Josh Makower as Founder and Executive Chairman has been removed, most likely from the suggestion of Nuelle’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales Karen Long.
These are screenshots previously taken from Nuelle’s website which has since been removed, indicating a pattern of unethical behavior to try distance from Nuelle’s Founder & Executive Chairman Josh Makower unethical and illegal behavior.
Please do not encourage and reward unethical, purposely deceptive behavior that’s helped fund of the medical device #WarOnWomen: Boycott Nuelle and their sex toy Fiera for Her by asking that the Oscar-nominated celebrities and Distinctive Assets, who distributes the Oscar’s swag bags, to remove from the swag bag. Makower is part of the continued problem and removing his name from the Nuelle™ website isn’t part of the solution, it’s cowardly and lacking in accountability.
When an executive or founder removes their name from the company website it’s always a RED FLAG for employees, consumers, patients, investors, shareholders, and taxpayers.
