Bored in Board Meetings? 15 Foods to Curb Your Grazing

I hate having meetings about having meetings and I’ve found that in past 15 years, at every meeting, I grazed to stay engaged or well–awake.  I also didn’t fit into my suits at the end of three or four days either.

I’d figured out at one such meeting, I consumed my weekly caloric intake in candy and cookies.  I mean that’s my normal diet but that much at once would put even a sugar pro like me into a coma.

Here is list of 15 foods that suppress your appetite (HR and Meeting planners take note-this might want to be rotated into the meeting mix-could cut down meeting costs!)

Oatmeal

Apples

Spices

Mint

Avocado

Edamame

Leafy Greens

Flaxseeds

Lemon final

Vinegar (mmm vinegar shots anyone?)

Soup

Water

Beans

Green Tea

Salmon

Well most of this list is way too healthy for me, but it may work for you!
